A Set of Qigong Exercises for Kidneys and Lungs

Here is now a whole set of qigong exercises to strengthen the qi aspect of kidneys and lungs and boost the immune system. The video is a 15 minute set, and we filmed it in a way that everybody can join in and practice along with me. It's best to practice it twice a day, and each exercise can be repeated more often, but if you're only able to practice it once a day, you will still receive benefit from it. The more regular one practices, the better the effect. To put it simply, every day fortifies your defenses, and regulates your body and mind in a way that builds on the foundation of what you did the day before, the weeks before, the years before, and so on.
